Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

No, our estimators are here during business hours of 8:00 am -5:00 pm Mon thru Fri. If a Time Specific Appointment better suits your needs, we do except appointments. For an Appointment call or schedule your estimate on the Schedule Appointment Tab.

Do you work with my insurance company?

We work with all major insurance companies and are Direct Repair Partners with most of them. Let us assist you in the claims handling, estimating and repair processes to provide you with a better overall experience.

Can I take my vehicle to repair shop of my choice?

Yes, by law in the State of Texas you have the right to choose the repair shop of your choice.

Do I need more than one estimate?

No, you only have to have one estimate provided by the shop of your choice.

Can you help getting a rental car?

Yes, we partner with Enterprises Rent-a-Car, to have rental cars available for your needs. Brenham Collison Center can reserve a car on your behalf when you schedule your car for repairs. Enterprise will meet you at Brenham Collision Center when you drop your car off for the scheduled repairs.

Yes, we can arrange to provide 24 hour towing services to our facilities.

What is Paintless Dent Repair?

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is the advanced process of repairing small dents, dings and hail damage to vehicles without affecting the original paint surface. Sometimes PDR is more economical and faster to repair than conventional methods.
